I found this circuit on the internet for dimmer/ flasher circuit but I need to redraw it without the flasher in it.

What were you planning to use the PWM circuit to do?

Do you realize that the "flasher" function is exactly the same as the "dimmer" function but with a longer period? All it does is embiggen C2 by putting an additional 10 uF in parallel. You don't want the slower flash possibility? Then all you need to do is keep the S1 flash switch open or simply not install the capacitor in question.

 

Omit both S1 and C3.
