Another question - I can't judge from your photograph of the rectifier bridge as to whether the SCR's have snubbers connected - Anode to Cathode. I think I see RC networks there but I'm not sure.

 

I got the output, my circuit is able to drive the RL load wat i said earlier. with the free wheeling diode i connected with a resistor. so there is no dip in the other pulses..
