Ok so, I’ve been making a pt2399 circuit and all seems to work well, except for when the circuit stops after 5 to 30 seconds. I can still hear the guitar but the delay effect is nowhere to be heard. Like I do absolutely nothing and it stops. I’ve even noticed that when I move any part of my body near the circuit, it starts working but only for about 5 seconds and then it stops again. Is this the chip locking up? I’ve added resistors over 2k on pin 6 with the same outcome.
Some info that might be helpful: If you look at the Princeton schematic, I wasn’t able to find a .082uf capacitor, so I used a .1uf capacitor instead. And I wasn’t able to find a 3300pf capacitor either so I used a 3900pf capacitor instead. And as for the 50k potentiometer that I am using a 20k one instead.
I hope this helps..
