I am trying to learn how to use proteus. I tried implementing this but error is showing as fatal errors also which device to use as resonator and set it to 4Mhz

In proteus, you dont need the resonator or crystal connected to the PIC. Just define the frequency used inside the property of the PIC mcu used.

But if you must use them, then see the attached.....

I cant find the sensor DHT11 for your project in proteus 7.xx, did you try proteus 8.xx?

Yes DHT11 sensor is available in proteus 8. I'll incorporate the tips and get back.Thanks

Show us your proteus build like post #2 or attach a print screen of proteus that you did.

"couldnt get it to work" doesn't provide much information to help us to help you.

It looks like your free demo 8.00 version of proteus dont allow you to use the LCD, PIC and DHT11 in the library. Is your version 7.xx a paid version?

I was able to simulate in version 7.82 but without the DHT11...
