(Proteus ISIS) Cant configure power rails

Hello
new student here doing projects for uni
im having trouble configuring power rails
this is what im supposed to do

error: No power supply specified for net VCC=12V in Power Rail Configuration.
i've gone according to videos like this

but still get the same error
any help would be appreciated

Did you configure ground?
try changing the name to “12V”
yeah thanks
just figured a bit earlier that the VCC in the power node was for info and i shouldnt have written it as the name
and it went all right after i removed VCC from the name and just made it 12v so its all good now

also would you happen to know what do the "V BE" and "V CE" in the question want me to measure?
i could do the rest cuz they were after resistor names but not those two

VCE abd VBE is well defined if you're taking a course, look through your notes/textbook.

The VCE=12V issue you encountered has to do with the spice sim that's running in the background. The "=" is confusing the program.
