I've been working with a friend on a website called "Sourcebook" (named for the Markus Sourcebook of Electronic Circuits books) which acts as a schematic catalog, or wiki. There are no good places to browse schematics like you can with a good book, short of Google Images, and analysis and BOMs are hard to come by. Anyone interested in seeing this some day?

Not exactly, the site would be a sourcebook of circuits and schematics, with many specific designs in different categories as opposed to only general information on topics in electronics. Something to host e.g. schematics for commercial products, or schematics that appeared in magazines or research papers, or in YouTube videos, as well as circuit designs from people who just want to share.

The interest would be determined by how good it was, which "good" being a very subjective metric that encompassed a lot of things, including how complete it was and how well organized it was. If someone comes to the site, how many of the right magical words do they need to know to find a circuit that does what they want? How much information is available about that circuit once they find it.

You also have to deal with copyright and intellectual property rights.

There are already a gazillion "circuit collection" websites online. I don't think the world is begging for another one, unless you've got something in mind that will differentiate your site from all the others.
