What do you mean where did you get it from. I didn't get it from nowhere. As i said earlier, i designed part of it it myself and a member of this forum added some components to make it work. The design referenced in post #19 is a design the whole world knows. Every beginner in electronics knows the dual led flasher. I can tell exactly how the dual led flasher works. I don't like to pick things from others. I love to analyse and design things myself. That's the context of this design. Attached is another simple oscillator i designed. Try to analyse that one.
