problem on Op-amp

please help me with this question i got confused because of the way the resistors were connected.

Can you post what you have done so far, or what are your thoughts about tackling this problem?

Why is that confusing? It's just a simple resistive divider. Do you know how to calculate the voltages on such a divider?
