I know how to make basic pressure "Switch" alarm that is working by two copper plates between the Velostat ( Pressure Sensitive Conductive sheet) will touch each other and make the NC switch that will trigger power to the siren...
How i can make the trigger work only if the pressure is more than 15kg (to avoid false alarm triggered by neighbor's cat..)?
Is it there any circuit that's works as a weight scale and to trigger the alarm at wanted pressure when standing on the pressure mats switch?

Velostat should change is resistance in response to the pressure applied to it..
You simply need to measure that resistance and determine where the tripping point is.
A window comparator circuit can be used for that...
