Anyone know where I can get a power supply for this little pre amp? I want to build this kit but it takes a 12v AC power supply.

I can't get any information from the seller, but these definitely use AC power. Could I use a 12v wall wort and bypass the rectifier?

A 12Vac 1Amp version of a Wall wart is available, but be aware the 'regulation' around 12Vac could depend upon the current loading.

You need 12Vac to power the HT rails, as it uses a Voltage Doubler for +/-28V.. .
