Power supply for breadboard?

Now I think I need to buy a wall wart for the first one right ?
Or you could simply buy a 5V wall wart and use it. When you get to the point where you need more voltages, you'll be ready to buy or make an adjustable power supply.

For many of us, one of our first projects is building a power supply. In my case, my first project was a voltmeter, but my second project was a box with two adjustable supplies. After 40 years, they still work; but now I have better equipment to use...
