A load of 20 + j35 ohms is connected across a 220 volt source. Determine the power factor and the reactive power?

It happens that I'm absent that day when they discussed about power in series circuit.. Can anyone help me.. I have seen a formula on the internet that Reactive power = I\(^{2}\) X or Q=E\(^{2}\)/X.. But i don't know how to use that formula.. TIA..

Find the total power in the load (P) and then:

Preal=P*cos(a)

Preactive=P*sin(a)

where a is the angle of the load
