I want to know if "Power Factor" is applicable in DC circuits?If applicable then hoe it is calculated?

In stable sinusoidal LTI ciruits, power factor is defined, cosine(θv-θi).θv-θi is the phase difference between voltage and current and it is zero in DC case. DC itself is a special case of sinusoidal state with ω=0.
