Hello,
I have a Pixie 7MHz transceiver and it is not working. The amp seems to be working ok. I tested voltages at the two transistors. Q1 has 0.5 volts between base and emitter. Q2 has battery voltage to ground or nothing between them. To be clear about that, I tested each pin to ground and got battery voltage and nothing when testing between pins. I am not sure what to do now.

 

What are the voltages across R1,R2, R4, R5, ...
