Hi

Does anybody know which pin is Anode and wich is Cathode on the SD008-5151-112 UV-diode? ( SD008-2151-112.pdf (digikey.com) ) The datasheet is a bit confusing to me.

Is this picture seen from the top? and is the small square oriented the same way as the "Die detail"?

I suppose the "middle" pin is connected to the chassis of the component and not used?

Welcome to AAC,
I would agree the datasheet shows the view from the front of the diode and the Die shows the A & K connection orientation.
I am not sure about the centre pin, I will look through some datasheets.
