Hi all, I need help on how to program PIC 16F877A from Microchip.

This is my first time on programming PIC. This is related to my final year project.

For your information, i need to connect my PIC to RF transceiver and Gps receiver module. For RF transceiver part, how i am going to determine whether there are signal received by PIC?
