can we feed the signal of above 10v .i need to convert analog signal to digital upto 13v . can u give some idea? plz help me...

Read the spec sheet on the PIC you are using. I believe the maximum voltage input to the ADC is the same as the reference voltage.

One way to reduce the voltage into the ADC is to use a resistive divider. Can you post more details about the voltage source?
