That's a real oldie. It may be pretty dated in light of modern op amps. As far as finding it, have you looked at Amazon.com? They seem to have everything.

Sadly none of the big Internet sales site seem to sell it (probably because of the age). I did do a quick Google books search but they haven't added it to their collection either.

You may have to venture down to the local library (most probably the local university library - I'd imagine you'd have no problems getting access even if you aren't student) to see if they have an archive version you could have a look at.
