phase modulation

in H-bridge the phase between each IGBT is 45 degree so in section 3 (A and B) turn on and in section 5 (C and D) turn on in the same time ,and in these case the current in the inductor will be forced to be zer and this will lead to very big spike because(V=L di/dt) ,the dt for discharging the current will be very small and V will be very high ,so how this happen
