Does anyone have experience working with printed circuit boards?

I have tried to performed some joints, but it is has been difficult to reproduce. By using the same parameters, I have found different joints deformation.

Unfortunately, your description of the problem is not at all clear. Yes, many people here have extensive experience with PCBs so you can probably get help but you'll have to do better explaining the problem.

Can you show photos, drawings, describe exactly what you are doing and what is happening, and what you want to happen?

 

Smoking joints while working on a pcb is not recommended.

If talking repair, burnt or missing traces, I generally use copper de-soldering braid.
Works like a charm!
