I have a created breadboard schematic and physically tested it. How can i create a PCB for design?

First, choose a PCB design software, they are quite of them over there. If you intend to design a PCB where you can connect your modules, you need to know your modules dimensions and pins spacing. You will need your modules datasheets for sure.

EDIT: Have you designed a PCB before?
