PCB board for 7 segment

    after blinking LED i want to make a counter that i want to display on 7 segment.
    i made a generic board (pic is also attached) and ISCP .
    i dnt want to use bread board i want to design PCB board which contain 7 segments and other thing that can be used to test the code.
    please provide me PCB layout . i can make a PCB good.
    because am student and i have interest to work with PIC .

    Hang on, if "I want to design PCB board", and "please provide PCB layout", then the logical absolutes are falling apart :D

    If it's just a single digit it's not going to entertain you for long. It's really no different to using any 7 leds except that all of their anodes or cathodes are already tied together for you,
    so it's actually less complicated if anything.
    You might as well save the PCB design for multiple digit multiplexing, which you will get to.

    There are many free to use PCB layout programs on the web, my choice is a package called "Kicad" (Google it).

    There are no free design services on the web.
