Hi, im going to make something new of the powersupply but i got an issue...
When i plug it in the outlett, the powersupply automaticly turns on and i cant turn it of.
Usally you should use a paper clip (Or cable) To jumpstart it from the green cable to a black one, and the green signal cable is supposed to have 5V but my multi meter shows 0... What is wrong?

Some PC PSU require a load on the outputs to get going.

 

With the power disconnected, what resistance do you measure between the green wire and a black wire?

100 kohms

 

Do you have 5V between the purple and black wires?
