Hi,

I am looking for spice models for DL4148 and IRFD310 ?

Some reason, I was not able to find them. (I have spent a lot of time finding them)

so I changed my object and tried to find equivalent or similar characteristics to those.

Can anyone please tell me which parts are similar and close characteristics to DL4148 and IRFD310 ?

I do not have the models for them, but I found the datasheets wich I attached.
Perhaps the manufacturers (see the datasheets) have some models for it.

By the way, I just could not find spice models for these component. so I changed my object to finding similar or having close characteristics to those.

Hello,

I think the diode DL4148 will be pretty close to the 1N4148.
(see datasheet for comparison).
The DL4148 is in an other housing.

For the fet I do not know this.
