I have IGBT 40n60 and mosfet 20n60 , can I connect both in parallel in left or right Arm of H-Bridge inverter in high frequency pulsed =18khz?

 

Short answer is no, they will not current share in any meanigfull manner.

They do not switch simultaneously, look at datasheets for timing info.

Secondly the MOSFET Rdson is not the same as the IGBT saturation effective R.
To a first order the MOSFET will take Vsatigbt / Rdson, the IGBT the rest until the
IGBT comes out of saturation.. You could do a crude graphical analysis to see
how load sharing occurs, or better yet a spice sim.
