Hello All,
I’m trying to do a lab for xL problem is I need the peak to peak voltage to stay at 10volts from the signal Generator to ground. It was working that way until after 35kH then it keep dropping down the more I up the Frequency. I have it at the max amplitude but still drop. Shouldn’t the trainer be able to stay on 10v peak to peak? Or is this natural. I’m a student trying to learn. Thank you

Hi Joshua,
Welcome to AAC.
Checking your image, you show a resistor and capacitor in the circuit between the signal generator and the Scope.
This R/C combination will have a limited bandwidth, which most likely is the cause of fall in magnitude versus frequency
Please post a sketch of the circuit showing the component values.
E
Update: a sharper image shows the cap is actually an Inductor, which will give a similar problem in the response curve
