Hello ... I have a Fluke oscilloscope model 196C , it is reading everything except frequency, last Sunday I did ( that I think) something to the configuration and it hasn't read any waveform again. Somebody knows about this type of scope and what can be done ?.

 

Have you tried resetting it to factory settings?

Turn it on while holding the USER key, then after you let go of the power key, let go of the USER key.
