So I have ordered several packages of the NE602AN IC chip which is a mixer.




I will be using it in single ended mode which means im going to ground one pin number 2.I was searching through the internet and I found that I need to put a small capacitor in between pin number 2 and gnd if I want to to do this.Why? Does anybody know here? Note that the chip expects both inputs(1 and 2) to be AC.

 

Instead of "searching through the internet", how about starting with the actual data sheet that tells you how to do it straight from the horse's mouth?
