You're in luck for the SPICE model, but you'll have to make the symbol yourself.

I assembled a macromodel from one I found for an LM2907 with options to simulate an LM2907-8, LM2907-14, LM2917-8, and LM2917-14.

I don't have Orcad. However, you can download LTSpice for free, and try out what I've put together.

Thank you so much.

I've never used ltspice.
I use a range of TL494 LM2907-8 and LM741 ltpspice model I can be found anywhere else.

You're welcome.

Try importing the model to your SPICE program and experimenting with it. It's not perfect (none are). However, it's much better than nothing, which is what you had before you came here.

One thing I did not include in the simulations is a model for a 1N755 Zener diode.

I'm attaching a new simulation of the LM2907-8 model which includes the 1N755 Zener, and also demonstrates the use of the special function MODULATE model.

Download it to your \Program Files\LTC\LTSpiceIV directory.

As far as the prior .zip file:
1) the files ending with .asy go in \Program Files\LTC\LTSpiceIV\sym\misc
2) the files ending with .asc go in \Program Files\LTC\LTSpiceIV
3) the file ending in .sub goes in \Program Files\LTC\LTSpiceIV\sub
