Hi
I'm simulating solenoid output section using Orcad Capture. I'm new to orcad. When I simulate the circuit it is showing an error (Undefined parameter: THERMAL_MODEL). The IC used in this circuit is from infineon. As instructed by their application note, I have added the IC model to orcad. But still I'm getting the error. Can anyone help me to resolve this. Herewith, I have uploaded the screen shot of the simulation and application note of the IC. Thanks in advance.
P.S- Due to confidentiality, I cant give full detail of the circuit.

 

I guess that wherever you are setting the thermal_model=4 parameter you need to use capital letters. Spice is case sensitive usually.
