I had to repost this as no-one was replying/visiting the previous thread :(

This is the final schematics for having a dual timed monostable set up with either button to reset the 555.

in this set up the output can be motor, LED's or a bleeper.

Can you guys tell me if I've gone wrong anywhere or will this work.

2 things...
Do I have to ground the 'NO' on the relay?
have I missed out any resistors?

Thanks

We don't want to help you with your cabriolet sunroof project, as it's against the Terms of Service to help with automotive projects.

Who said anything about any cabriolet + I see loads of people helping other guys make police flashing lights for 'cars' or is that not automotive.

Like I said in a previous post, I haven't got the car so I have abandoned that project. I am self teaching myself about electrics

It is for little bitty cars, as in remote control. This is not considered automotive, any more than RC planes are considered passenger aircraft. :D
