We have no members or no one know a platform worker.
With all the equipment,strange that we don't.They say
there a lot of jobs. Are we not represented In New Orleans.
Maybe they have no access to computers due to fear
that Information will get out. There are platforms around the world,
I am surprised that we have not heard from someone about the subject.
Must be lonely working conditions.Look at all the different equipment
Involved ships,aircraft,video,cameras,Instruments. Maybe we have not
asked to hear from this community,the oil Industry.At $50.00 dollars
an hour,maybe they don't have Idle time.

Not likely. We just had the current generations equvalent of the "Pentagon Papers" with a release of classified documents at wikileaks.

I can believe there's no idle time at the cleanup locations.

I do know that some, looking for a story, wanted photos of Coasties (US Coast Guard) doing things on their "free time" that doesn't reflect well on the service ... willing to pay $500 per photo. With friends like that, who needs enemies.
