I found a video a Nordost specialist talked about 3 new products from Nordost, which are QBASE Mark III, QSINE and QWAVE and they explain how they created and work. However I have no clues what they talk about.
Please check out the video and let me know what you think about their claims? Technically, do their talks correct or just sell pitches?

Welcome to AAC.

I couldn’t really stand to watch the entire thing but my impression is at 90% handwaving and possibly some useful ideas but whether they are effective is not at all clear. If they are, the explanation didn’t explain why they would be any more effective at noise suppression than any other sort of filtering.

The “it‘s not a filter because it is ”parallel” and not “series” is certainly marketing, and the idea that you can suppress noise without attenuation is… very odd. There is no reason to believe their product does any better at differential attenuation than any other filter design.
