Hi I’ve a nordic track treadmill commercial 2450. It’s started to trip out as soon as the motor kicks in. Any help greatly appreciated. I’ve a photo or the area and video still of the spark. Terrifying when it blew! Thanks Chris

Possibly the Mosfet driver on the main heat sink,
Does the motor run ok if you disconnect the motor from the belt ?

Tried disconnecting the belt but still fails. Then tried disconnecting power from the board to the motor and still the same blow out :-(

 

So certainly looks like either the semi's that control the motor, usually mounted on the heat sink, check them all.
Is there a model No. on the board?
