I am using CRO to measure area under grap plotted by DAC output from MCU.
Problem is when I put probe on MCU output pin, there is random noise in signal i.e signal is not smooth.
That why I cannot read exact area under curve from MCU.

Earlier I thought noise could be from MCU pin. But I put the probe on GND pin of MCU, same random noise appears on it also.
CRO ground pin is connected to ground pin of MCU.

What is the nature, frequency, and amplitude of the noise?
Can you post a picture of it (including the CRO vertical sensitivity and sweep speed)?

Shortening the gnd lead wire very close to CRO probe
