No display on Horizon Treadmill

Hi, I have a Horizon Treadmill with I believe is a defective control pcb. The Treadmill would work perfectly and then shutdown. Next day it was powered up and worked fine for 5 mins and shutdown again. The top display will not light up and I don't see any leds on the bottom control board. I do have 120v going to board. I see no visible damage. The 4 relays, 2 bridge rectifiers and all the diodes seem good. Because no power is going up to display board I'm guessing that a 5 volt or control voltage is not present or correct on the board. Can someone give me some suggestion where to go next with this?
The Control Board is a MLH0913. The DC motor turns smoothly with a 12v battery. I can provide pics of board if helpful.
