Nintendo DS lite SMD transistor indentification

Hi

I get broken DS lite, and i was working on fixing it.
After few hours, i found that one of the transistor are broken.
It was Q4 transistor, with D 650 4 on it.
I was searching in smd bases, but couldn't find anything.
I would really appreciate any help
