I couldn't find LTS compatible models of these ICs so made my own (attached). I'd welcome someone test-driving these and reporting any bugs. Comparison against real-world ICs (which I don't have) would be particularly helpful.

A quick run thru your Mono models shows OK.
In any future project I will use them, let you know if I have a problem.
