It's a PHILIPS CGA5720N/TE. My ISP gave it to me and it was alright by my standards.

Over the last year, however, strange things started happening. Wiki pages wouldn't load, random webpages wouldn't either. I didn't pay too much attention and blamed my ISP.

3 days ago, the download rate dropped to 2/3 and I got massive lag in online games. I gave my ISP a call, who confirmed the drop in down rate, remapped my user profile and suggested a splitter change.

and, oh boy, the internet has a new face. Even those pages load again!

I hope it stays that way.

 

I like Netgear, good reliability and not too expensive. I wish mine had READYshare, that's a handy little feature. USB hard drives are much cheaper than NAS ones.

 

True, I was surprised by that feature.
Not that I 'll be using it anytime soon...
