Yeah, but if it is a weapon for which governments can get a slap on the wrist for using, imagine what the government will do to a citizen using it. :p

Generally, if it's illegal for a government the same applies to individuals.

There is always the biochemical approach - men hate the smell of other men's "scent". I'll leave the rest to your imagination. Just place it near by but not visible. It takes some time. You might even see the fight you wanted. It tends to work in small indoor places but a porch might be confined enough if winds are calm.

Note: like hearing, sense of smell deteriorates with age and may not work as well as it does on teenagers. A biochemistry professor showed us this study with teenage subjects back in the 1980s - just as insect pheromones were becoming a popular topic of research, he emphasized that humans were subject to instinctive/physiological behaviors beyond their control too.

Somehow I think I would get arrested for peeing on my lawn. :)

Is it the noise they make or the fact that they are drunken that annoys you?
They are actually pretty quiet. But I have zero privacy. They are always there every time I come and go.

But the main thing is that I am worried about my property values. I am looking at buying a new home. It really is akin to a trailer park with people standing out front drinking. Trailer park behavior brings trailer park prices.

Every time a showing is scheduled, you could tell them there is a new episode of...
- hillbilly handfishin' (animal planet)
- duck dynasty (a&e)
- bayou billionairs (cmt)
- moonshiners (discovery)
- redneck island (cmt)
- lady hoggers (a&e)
- rocket city rednecks (Nat geo)
- swamp people (history)

Or any of the gold mining, ice road, fishing, crabbing, or poker playing shows are on. If that doesn't get them off of your porch, hand them a DVD of wrestle mania.

I googled, ((hillbilly OR redneck) reality TV) - some blogger had a nice list for me to copy.

I live about 25 miles from spinnaker and the people around here can't seem to get enough of that crap. The hourly people at my plant talk about it all day long. One called in sick because a marathon of hillbilly something was on. He was dumb enough to tell us why he couldn't make it to work. He can now watch as many marathons as he wants.

Pittsburgh... Sell your house when it's too cold for them to stay comfortably outside. :D End of October to beginning of March?

Best solution, on days you have viewings go over to him and bung him some money to go get drunk in a bar, cheaper in the long run and legal.
But I do understand the frustration, although my nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away :D
