They are actually pretty quiet. But I have zero privacy. They are always there every time I come and go.

But the main thing is that I am worried about my property values. I am looking at buying a new home. It really is akin to a trailer park with people standing out front drinking. Trailer park behavior brings trailer park prices.

I live about 25 miles from spinnaker and the people around here can't seem to get enough of that crap. The hourly people at my plant talk about it all day long. Best solution, on days you have viewings go over to him and bung him some money to go get drunk in a bar, cheaper in the long run and legal.
