Need help on dc -dc converter repairs

Need help on how to repair this DC -DC converter , though am finding it difficult to get the schematic and even the manufacturer . i have tried google search on this but No useful info gotten. thanks. here is the attachment below.

Was there some event that triggered the failure - thunderstorm, reversed input, some misconnection of the sense or output terminals?
What is the problem - no outputs at all, one or more missing outputs, incorrect voltage?
Thoroughly inspect both sides of the board, preferably with magnification, for damaged or overheated components, bulged capacitors, etc.
Post clear photos of both sides of the board.

Number 1 suspects are electrolytic capacitors. You need to replace them all if any have failed as a good safety measure. They do not cost much.
When they fail, next to go are the switching FETs or transistors and bridge rectifiers.
A capacitor tester and ESR meter are a must. Replace the electrolytically with 105 degree low ESR types.
Then start the power supply up with no load and a lamp in series withe the supply volts to limit smoke. (Or in this case, a current limited DC supply)
If it now works, power off, remove the lamp and try again. Next try with a load.
At the price they are asking it is worth having a go at fixing it.
But if you work on any with a high voltage input supply, like Mains volts, please use a isolation transformer and a great deal of care!
