That’s a surface mount inductor and the A1 is probably just a “house marking” to distinguish it for production. You would have to desolder it (or another like it) from the board and measure it directly to know the value.

 

I'm getting a 33nf reading, nothing on the uh reading. all the inductors that I see shows the value showing uh.

You need to remove the component from the board and measure both resistance and inductance, not capacitance.

I got an LCR Meter I read 12.4 on it under the 200UH setting the others only read 1. Oh and 4ohms resistance
