Can anyone tell me what these IC components are? Top one marking is HMWQ and lower IC first line is LBPV, second N727 and third is 011. Looked online for hours but no luck. Not sure if they are proprietary. Not sure what the function of them is since I couldn't locate any info other than instruction on how to use the device. The device is powered by a 9v battery. The device is a differential pressure meter.

Could you please wipe tops of chips off with Q-tip swab and isopropyl.
Dont scrub it and re post pictures of the chips.

LBPV = LTC2481 16 bit ADC Link with I2C
the SOT23-6 is most likely a 5VDC LDO
