This part is off of a Cheap Chinese motor controller. The numbers on the part that looks like a capacitor are 6D2 1000 16V

 

They are capacitors, possibly high-performance solid electrolyte types.
The one on the left is 1000 µF 16 V, that on the right 1500 µF 6.3 V. The xDx numbers may have something to do with the "series" or "family" but I suspect are just date codes.

 

Likely electrolytic because of the band and the value.
