I don't remember where I bought these, but they don't appear to match up to any type of SMD.

They're like a half dome, I know it's hard to see, but I need a bunch more just like this and I can't find them.

 

Why do you need the same type?
If the originals are a few years old, there is a good chance they are obsolete now anyway.
Just get LEDs of the same footprint and colour and that will do. Otherwise, look on Ebay.
I did buy some that were domed top from Jaycar.
