Need help driving LEDs from a Nano8

I recently purchased some Nano 8 Microcontrollers to complete a project that drives some high power LEDs. The output is about 25ma@5v from each output pin which is way to low to drive the 2 high power LEDs I need.

Can anyone point out how I might be able to drive these LEDs (.8A) from these low output pins ?

Help would be appreciated.

A transistor or MOSFET would be sufficient, unless you have a large number of LEDs to drive.

Are the two high power LEDs on the same output, or two separate outputs?

Thank you for the reply. I would like to drive 2 LEDs off 2 different output pins. They will be different colors but both be the same make/model.
