Would it be feasible to add an opamp like lm317 or 741 in order to amplify this curve? It would be great to make the curve look much bigger

I would like to amplify the signal in order to study the noise levels in the signal and also would be helpful in data processing. Also it would be helpful in better peak identification.

 

That is a plot of phase vs something, probably frequency, not an amplitude.

My signal source is an ad9959 (Function generation), sensors are magneto elastic and using a phase detector to determine change in phase values
