I am realy sorry, i put to much question here,
i just need a model of equivalent varactor of FV1043

somebody told me some book how to make a diode model in spice, but i search for free in google:oops:, but i did not find…..something similar to teach you to make a diode varactor model

THNX.

I have a oscillator 100MegHZ, with tuning diode, but when i change the voltage, he does not change the frequency in ltspice, the frequency stays the same, why, what for mistace i make?

And you added varicap to the library (in the file standard.dio). I already did it. You can put the model on the circuit, as I did when demonstrating the dependence of capacity on voltage. I put a voltage limiter because without a varicap limit a large voltage develops (more than 5 volts), and the allowable voltage for this varicap is 5 volts. This limiter lowers the frequency. It is better to use the dual Schottky diode BAS70-04. To obtain a larger output amplitude, you can enable several such limiters in series (for example, 3 BAS70-04).
