Hi,
I found more information regarding the bulb controller (TDK MSE395/ 3N100612, its used for all the models VT 680 /675/ 470/ 670/ 675/ 676 )

Output Type: Dual
Output Power: 301 - 400W
is_customized: yes
Brand Name: VT675
Output Current: 1.8AOutput
Voltage: DC12v
Model Number: 3N100612
Output Frequency: 50HZ-60HZ
Input Voltage: 110V-220V

I was looking for service manual but no luck.

So 12V @ 1.8A is 22W max, looks like its just a smps provides the 12V dc, with two sets of output....so what's the other output for?

And what are you trying to achieve, just replacing the lamp with a high powered led, or replace the psu?
