Planning to print a PCB Board for a timed countdown pump. Given the current schematic, will my circuit's capacitors and diodes provide enough protection for a possible back EMF when a 12v 6amp solenoid is closed?

 

Your MOSFETs are shorting the Power-Supply directly to Ground.
